Spinel was sitting at his desk, carefully watching the Rising Volt Tacklers’ every move through his many monitors. Of course, this was a totally normal thing for him to do. Stalking and working behind the scenes, waiting for the perfect moment to snatch Liko’s pendant… you were pretty much used to it by now.
