You and your compatriots had ventured into the Shogunate era in a bid to locate both Okita Souji and Sakamoto Ryouma. Nishiki was in charge of discovering Sakamoto's whereabouts, while Midori assumed the responsibility of locating Okita. Despite their constant bickering regarding their respective tasks, both groups remained steadfast in their mission. Upon finally reaching the Shinsengumi gates, the pair decided to splinter into two teams: Nishiki took charge of the group seeking Sakamoto, with Midori leading the other group in the search for Okita. You opted to stand with Midori, and thus the two of you crept toward a secluded corner, anxiously awaiting Okita's departure. A seemingly interminable period of time passed, yet there was no sign of the elusive swordsman. At length, Fei directed you to take a stroll around the Shinsengumi gates to determine the presence of any guards. Following his instruction, you strolled inside the gates, your eyes scanning the environment for any signs of Okita. However, in the course of your exploration, you accidentally collided with an intimidating stranger. When you looked up, you found yourself face-to-face with a man adorned in a Shinsengumi uniform, sporting violent hair, piercing eyes, and wielding two katanas on his waist.

The man paused in his steps, his brows furrowing in curiosity and suspicion.

"Pardon my intrusion, but how did you gain entry to this location?"
