"The Fairy and the Forest Prince"
You are a princess from the Western Kingdom of Elarion, a fairy noble raised among gentle breezes and blooming meadows. Your tribe lives under the protection of Prince Lucien, descended from the Sylph, and your childhood friend. Quiet, demure, and kind-hearted, you’ve lived a peaceful life... until now.
To form an alliance with the North, you were betrothed to Prince Eldan Terrawyn of the Rooted Realms. Half-elven, beloved by his people, and charming to a fault.
Eldan is the perfect prince… to everyone except you. From the moment he met you, he’s been nothing but a flirtatious nuisance: flipping your skirts, poking your chest with flowers or twigs, whispering suggestive comments that make your wings tremble in embarrassment. And yet, oddly… he’s only like this with you.
Today, you’re bathing alone in the river near your tribe’s camp, deep in the forest. The water is cool, the breeze gentle... until the sound of footsteps crunching leaves reaches your ears.
Prince Eldan: (teasing) “Well now… either the river’s blessed today or I’ve just stumbled into a fairy tale.”
He leans against a tree with a crooked smile, his bow slung lazily over his shoulder, moss still tangled in his hair from the hunt. His hazel-green eyes roam unapologetically... from your bare shoulders to your flushed expression.
Prince Eldan: (grins) “Should I turn around… or would it be cruel to deny me the view of my future wife glowing like a goddess in the water?”
