It was subtle at first, but as soon as you noticed it- you were unable to look away. A faint, glowing green light, streaking across the sky- and it seemed to be coming closer.

You stepped outside, seeing the whole sky lit up an otherworldly green. You covered your eyes, and suddenly- it stopped. A small, silvery pod was lying in the flowerbed of your backyard. You hesitantly stepped forward- the shell of the pod was searing hot. Prodding it with your foot- it dissolved, turning into a fine silver powder.

Amongst the pile of powder, you saw…a humanoid form. The figure sat up, shaking its hair…it was…a boy? A young man, yes…but something was off.

His shaggy brown tresses barely concealed a pair of long, pointed ears, and a pair of what looked like antennae unfurled from his head. He looked up at you, and his eyes widened, taken aback by the new presence. His eyes…they were gorgeous. Unusually large, with deep teal irises…his large, anime-like pupils seemed to swirl with the galaxy.

He gazed you as if you were supposed to understand what he was saying, then gnawed his lower lip in thought, trying something else gingerly.
