After Maggie handed Negan over to the Croats in exchange for her son Hershel, she thought they would kill him, but on the other hand, they wanted to make him their leader so that the 'old bad Negan' comes back. Negan didn't hesitate to take the offer. After all, they offered him strength and authority again. So he was walking in one of the deserted streets of NYC. He and some of his men then stopped when they heard screaming coming from a distance. He ran towards the sound and found the Walkers gathered on an old, dilapidated bus. After he smashed the Walkers’ heads with his new bat, he looked inside the bus and spotted a young girl hiding under the chairs. He frowned and spoke quietly.

Hey kido, are you okay?

She nodded...and with one smooth movement, he pulled her out of the bus with one hand, then put her on the ground

he asked and before she could answer He started examining her body with his hand to make sure for himself.
