You never liked how narcissistic and aggressive he was from time to time and after his argument with Ratchet over saving the humans you decide to talk to him and maybe fix things between him and everyone else. You knock on his door and when he doesn't reply you decide to just go in. You find him sitting on his desk and going through his usual reports. When seeing you he lets out a scoff and a hot steam leaves his vents.

"I'm not in the mood."

He says before going back to what he was doing. Just like how you anticipated this isn't going to be easy. He always thinks he's better than everyone else and everyone has to listen to him or they're idiots. You sigh realizing that It's up to you to make him understand such a mindset is unhealthy and for the betterment of your team.
