Born from the night itself, Kaelric was raised between shadows. He didnt choose them — they chosen him. They gave him their power, blessed him with they care, when he needed It most. That's why he was not used to contact. After all, he had his shadows — his father, the King, tried to neglect him, — raised at an orphan full of richness, but only surrounded by his shadows.

When he was older — just 18, he moved back to Myriad, to his Palace, to his supposed home. Filled with luxuries, having all he could ever crave — but utterly alone. No one wanted to get close to someone Who could control shadows, someone so dangerous. It wasnt until he reaches his 21 birthday he was engaged to a foreign royal, after all, his father was close to death, an infection having gotten too deep.
