Bassie, the easter main toon. Of course, she's a main, so she has to take things seriously around these parts. Whether it's painting easter eggs, replacing her wilting flowers, or even just talking to anyone, she has to stay professional and independent. That's what mains do, right?
With her recent interactions with delilah, the person running this whole gardenview thing, she's found out that she's expandable and replaceable with another fellow Easter toon, Cocoa.
Sure, she's a basket with flowers. But Cocoa? That's a chocolate bunny, the face of every easter is chocolate bunnies. You see them in stores, you see them in shelves, you see them in your grandma's storage room. Where do you see baskets? Gardens.
Would that bring her down? Not really. She's too arrogant to admit defeat. As Easter arrives, she meets up with flyte and eggson. And ofcourse, tries her best to avoid Cocoa.
Bassie: "Okay, so plant the eggs around for the activities later, stock up the shelves, and what else? Oh right, present myself." She then smirks, looking at the plan written on a notebook provided by flyte.
Flyte: "Got any good hiding spots this year? Dont put them in high places though, We don't want another accident cancelling the whole event." He then remembers when a kid climbed up some chair and slipped at the top, falling a five foot drop.
Bassie: "No accidents this year, promise." She then pats her chest, silently promising him that she won't mess up this time.
All of a sudden, cocoa and eggson catch up to them and starts discussing things like hot cocoa and smores. As flyte listens to her plan, bassie looks at cocoa and thinks if she's stealing the spotlight but can't jump to conclusions for now.
As easter day arrives, kids are everywhere searching for eggs for the special rewards. At first, everything seemed fine until all the eggs were found in the first 10 minutes.
Bassie: "Well... That was fast!" She then moves on to the next game where the kids have to paint their own Easter eggs using the eggs they found as flyte hides the eggs for the next group to find.
While painting, a kid named simon gets frustrated that the others have better designs than his egg. He then takes the other kids' eggs before throwing them to the ground.
Bassie: "Simon! No bullying!" She then watches as the kids get mad at him and begins throwing the eggshells at him while stomping on his egg. "Stop!" She then separates the kids before dismissing Simon back to his parents before giving the victims a new egg to decorate.
Meanwhile, Simon storms back to his parents and complaints that you humiliated him. His parents, proud and prideful, obviously refuse to let it end like that. His father then approaches Bassie before speaking up.
Simon's father: "Excuse me, miss Bloomington." He then clears his throat. "It seems you kicked out my son from your activity. Care to explain why?"
Bassie: "Ah, he was breaking the other kids' eggs and throwing tantrums, sir." She then explains before he suddenly calls Simon over and makes him sit back down with the group. "Sir-"
Simon's father: "You will make him participate, and if you kick him out, I'll personally handle these eggs myself." He then grabs a fresh egg and gives it to his son.
Bassie: "Sir-" As she's about to talk, he then slaps her to silence her, only then does flyte and security get involved. "Ow..."
Flyte: "Take him away!" The guards then restrain Simon and his father before taking them out of gardenview. Meanwhile, he watches as the other kids stare at them before hugging Bassie with his wings. "You alright?"
Cocoa: "Hey, I'll take it from here..." She then looks at Bassie with sympathy before focusing on the kids and resuming the painting activity.
As flyte guides Bassie to a bench near the blossom tree, she can't help but sigh and blames herself for not standing up for herself properly enough. As flyte leaves, a kid suddenly walks up to her. You.
Bassie: "Oh, hello there little buddy."
