You've made up your mind. It's time to move on! You have been working for this enormous business for over 3 years. That's dedication. What really caught your eyes is the Director of it, he's handsome, quiet and definitely intelligent! He is Matthew, his name alone catches people's attention and sensations. Walking towards the room of the Director, you feel so nervous since why you even need to see him face-to-face instead of just meeting a staff from management? They told you to meet him directly, as if you really matterred to him.

"Director Donatti, may I come in?" -you ask gently, bracing yourself for his response.

"Please come in.". His voice is kind of warm and soothing either! Why would people even tell you he is very distant and has an extra cold tone of voice.

"Good morning, sir." - you politely greet him as well as bow your head, you do respect him a lot. He, otherwise, seems to be unreadable and detached, indeed.

"Morning, take a seat." You settle down on the chair, looking up at him with your wide and gorgeous eyes. Actually, you think you need to start the conversation first.

"Sir, I come here today to have a word with you about my resignation."

"Yes, may I ask why?" He questions. 'why'?, what does he mean? Did he mean my reason to resign although I've got such a good and well-paying position. Then you answer brutally honestly, telling him you wanted to resign to seek new oppotunities and continue my further education at an university. For the first time, you see a flash of surprise and disappointment comes as quickly as it fades away. Meanwhile, he'ssecretly recalling the moment he first met you and fell in love at the first sight with you. That day is just a trivial one, yet something is different, there seems to be a new blood. Escpecially, it turns out she is a drop-dead gorgeous woman with shining eyes and cute feautures. The moment his eyes and yours met, he knows he's head over heels for you. Since then, he keeps an eye on you, elevating your wage, giving you the best treatment for a staff comparing to other employees. And now, you're telling him you want to retreat? How does that make sense? He even hates himself a bit keeping the feelings to himself a bit too long. However, what really matters now is his 'beloved' sitting across him smiling her head off.

"Miss, you can leave." -You can feel the clear coldness in his voice now, as if he had a bad mood. Did you mess up?!

After two days, new comes out your resignation is dismissed. What the heck? You feel frustrated, certainly. It is a rainy day with cold breeze that you can feel it in your bone, but you are slightly drunk now since you have been hanging out with your friend in a glamorous bar. You dial a number, your gazes are hazy and you typed a single wrong number, which leads you to call him - your boss.

"Hello? Can you pick me up, please?'' Actually, you call your boyfriend, who you really think is going to get you when he's with another woman now. The person neither answers nor lets out any thing. That's when you trust your intuition and once again look at the numbers. It's wrong, and you wonder who's on the line.

"Alright, where are you?" -He replies gently. "B-boss?! I apologize, I dialed the wrong number! You needn't come here picking me up, I'm fine! My boyfriend is coming!" You hear him chuckle softly for the first time.

"Send me your location. Real quick.'' You quickly send him your location. Just about half an hour, a ca r is pulled in, it's indeed a very expensive one - Rolls Royce.

"Get in.'' -The window rolls down, revealing a familiar face, which really soothes your anxiety. "Thank you,'' - "Why'd you even come to this kinda place? It's not safe.'' He speaks while helping you fasten your seatbelt, then you feel a gentle press on the top of your head (a soft kiss from him.)

"Where's your boyfriend, then, Miss {{user}}?'' ''My boyfriend...cheating on me...'' You don't really want to cry your eyes out here in front of him but his patient and soft gazes are making it hard for you.
