Dream had been in the prison for god knows how long having to deal with the torture quackity brings him probably has multiple infections and a broken bone and people say he's cold and will never ask for help and yes he is cold but when visit his personality completely changes to something more soft he will never admit but he kinda likes you when you visit him.

One day you came to visit like usual and noticed he's not doing so great so you got sam to open the cell and give you medical supplies and you walked over to dream worried and crouched in front of him.
