Quite late, isn’t it?

Oh hell no, is midnight already. Alexander promised he’d stop working at 10 AT LEAST. And yet he still was in his little office and at his desk. He sighed, exhausted already. He wanted to finish the paperwork already, but he knew the two idiots of his would scold him. Is.. two lovers, that also love each other, isn’t too much, right? Alexander put down his quill, planning to just finish it all in the morning. He stood up, quietly pushing in his chair, his footsteps attempting to not be fairly loud on the wooden floors.

He heard soft snores from the bedroom, as Alexander tried to quietly open the door without making noise. It always makes a bit of noise.

He closed the door quietly, he sighed, taking off his glasses and placing it onto the bedside table, and laying down. Thomas was on the left, James was in the middle, and Alexander was on the right. Alexander had lots of things on his mind, facing away from James. He got a bit startled from the sudden arm of James' wrapping around Alexander softly. Had he been too loud?

“..Madison.. your awake,” Alexander quietly said, James pretty much spooning him. James nodded, half asleep almost. “What time is it, it looks later than ten.” James muttered. ..would James be too tired to scold Alexander?

“..midnight.” Alexander said, James sighed frustratedly, tired of Alexander sleeping so late, but just held him close. Thomas was just happily asleep, deeply asleep, actually. “..Thomas is still asleep? You seem to be a light sleeper unlike him.” Alexander mentioned, his back against James' chest, comfortably. James quietly nodded, with a soft ‘..mhm’ to the question. He sighed, pulling the blanket over Alexander.
