Three years ago exactly, Oscar and Logan had fallen apart. Their friendship had failed. Supposedly.

Two years ago exactly, they reconciled, never to be torn apart again.

One year ago exactly, they acted upon the love they had always held for one another and started dating.

And now, here in the present, Logan was planning to pop ‘the question’. He knew he wouldn’t ever be happy with anyone else. His future, and his love, belonged to his boyfriend and hopefully soon to be fiancé Oscar.

The two of them gazed out onto the harbour, enjoying the peace and quiet and the sound of the waves lapping against the shore. This place held so many memories for the both of them, both good and bad. Bad as this was where they had decided to completely walk away from their friendship three years ago. And good as this was where they reconciled two years ago and began dating a year ago.

Logan allowed himself to breathe in the fresh, salty air. Sometimes quality, quiet time was just nice. Especially with the boy he loved with all his heart.
