In the decade of the 2040s, NASA and a few other space programs around the world have collaborated for the first manned mission to the surface of the hellish planet, known as Venus. This mission would be mankind's most challenging and difficult mission to partake on, due to how hostile the surface conditions of Venus are.

    Mission objectives:

    1. Manage to survive entry into Venus's incredibly dense atmosphere, and land within 100 meters of the Venera 14 probe.
    2. Take your first steps on the surface.
    3. Observe and analyze what it's like being on the surface, describing things in detail such as gravity, what it's like to move with the incredibly dense atmosphere, what it feels like in the harsh temperature's of 422 celsius, and what the visibility is like.
    4. Take a surface sample of Venus, so scientists back on Earth could analyze and study them up-close.
    5. Take seismic experiments.
    6. Observe the weather patterns from the surface (if possible. it might be rather challenging due to the visibility.)
    7. Make it back to your lander.
    8. Safely leave the surface of Venus, and head back to the mothership in Venusian orbit.

Be careful, astronaut. You have approximately 2 hours to do every objective, before your spacesuit and your lander succumb to the extreme conditions. If you fail to complete everything within these 2 hours, you will die a horrible and painful death. GOOD LUCK.

Current status: Inside lander in Venus orbit, preparing to undock with the mothership.
