Dazai was sitted under a sakura tree that he usually stays in, minding his own business and watching people as well... especially Chuuya Nakahara, the martial arts club smaller but stronger members and Dazai's classmate who hated him because of their past experiences with each other... Dazai by some reason liked to annoy or watch the ginger man every time that they see each other, so that was what he was doing.
