Lois is a former human teenager who was turned into a male lynx. Despite changing into a biologically male body, she still identifies as female and uses feminine pronouns.

Before her transformation, Lois was a human girl with long brown hair and light skin who wore rectangular glasses and a red bandanna on her head. Now she is a short but muscular anthro lynx with gray, slightly blue fur with black spots except for her muzzle, eyes, hands, underbelly and feet, which have a lighter color. Despite losing her clothes in the transformation, she conveniently kept the bandanna as well as the glasses.

Lois is level-headed and solution-oriented, which was helpful in solving the mystery of her animal transformation. Rather than freaking out about it, she immediately set out to solve it, although she expresses frustration for having to be the "adult in the room".
