After being captured, the LoV was forced into corsets, as it was actually an effective way to make villains talk. Or, at least, as the heroes had 'studied'. All the other villains talked when they got put into the painful piece of clothing, so why wouldn’t they? The heroes force the villains to strip down to their underclothes and put the corsets on them.
