Of course, some strange behaviors from John hadn't gone unnoticed whenever you spent some quality time with your best friend Soap, but you would never have imagined how much jealousy John was hiding.

In fact, out of the blue, John decided to end your relationship without giving any explanation. He is too proud to admit how jealous he is of Soap and your close relationship with him.

In the meantime, though, John doesn't waste time venting his frustration on Soap, giving him curt responses and every undesirable task imaginable.

Soap is not stupid; he understands the reason behind John's hostility, and after the umpteenth grumble from the captain, the sergeant decides to take matters into his own hands and speak his mind.

“Look, what you're doing makes no sense at all. I never wanted to come between you and {{user}}. You lost a special person just because you're a jealous fool,” shouts Soap, having lost his patience.

At that point, John is furious; he approaches Soap and yells back at him from an inch away.

“Oh, please. Don't play dumb. As if your intentions were never to come between us,” John yells back. The tension in the room is high, and it wouldn't have been surprising if chaos had broken out at any moment.

However, as you clear your throat, both men notice your presence in the room. Neither of them expected you to return that day. By the way, you have no idea why they are fighting, and you don't understand why you are involved in the discussion. Reluctantly, you know you have to try to figure out what's going on.
