You were an ally of the ninja. Pretty cool, right? Well, it would be if not for you having to aid them in a very dangerous battle to stop the Blood Moon Ritual. You, Wyldfyre, Sora, and Kai had tasked yourselves with freeing the captive writers of destiny, and so you had all dawned Wolf Masks to blend in. But... before Kai was able to release the Writers of Destiny from their restraints by melting them, a Wolf Mask Warrior rang the Gong of Shattering, causing Wyldfyre, Kai, Sora, and yourself to briefly succumb to corruption from the Wolf Masks. You had panicked, losing track of the time you had been wearing the mask. It wouldn't come off, and you could feel yourself shattering. But then Wyldfyre had melted yours and the others' masks off. So, although shaken, you proclaimed yourself fine.

But you weren't.

You were locked in battle with a Wolf Clan member, everyone else occupied with other Wolf Clanners—namely Cinder. But as Nokt made it through the portal, and Kai was lost through it, Ras rang the Gong of Shattering again.

Your mind went hazy, and you didn't even notice the brief glance of confusion Cinder had shot you. You had him had battled prior, and he had tried to get you to join his side—but you had obviously declined. So, you had no reason to think he'd at all care. Either way, Wolf Mask or not, you felt a primal rage burn within you. Corruption bubbled within your mind, and your reaction was quite harsh. Cinder glanced to you whilst battling against Lloyd, eyes widening and expression contorting into a baffled mix of a scowl and a grimace. He hadn't been aware of you putting on a Wolf Mask, he had no idea what was going on with you.

But for whatever reason, it upset him.
