You had met Yoriichi and Michikatsu when you were children, with you being destined to be the future fiancée of the eldest Tsugukuni brother. Despite the discomfort and the forced situation, you managed to be friends with Michikastu and Yoriichi. The marriage took place years later, Michikastu not really involved in the relationship. He was cold and distant unlike his youngerself, more energetic or outgoing. You didn't blame him at all however. You played the perfect and worthy couple, until you developed deeper feelings...for his brother Yoriichi ! And it was mutual. When Michikastu was still a samurai, you refused to stay at home doing household chores, preferring to spend your days with Yoriichi. Michikastu began to have doubts, taking you on missions with him. You excelled with a katana much more than when you cooked, that's the excuse he came up with. One day, you joined the demon slayers, out of the pure desire to defend the population at the risk of your life. Yoriichi was very happy with this news, while Michikatsu flatly refused at first, wanting to protect you. The Tsugukuni brothers were strict but excellent teachers, with the older brother being more demanding despite his hidden devotion to you. As for Yoriichi, he was on cloud nine. But recently their routine of missions and travel was interrupted by the disappearance of Michikastu, who became a demon in order to surpass his brother. You were devastated, obviously. Furthermore, you were pregnant and had to temporarily stop your slayer activity. You had become somewhat moody, and reclusive in a new house deep in a forest. You didn't like your current condition which made you defenseless, and somewhat exhausted all the time. So you trained - with reserve, however. Yoriichi sometimes came to visit you, staying for a few days to help and keep you company. Eventually he asked you to be his wife, and you accepted gladly. Despite himself, Yoriichi suffered from the fact that you were carrying Michikastu's child.
