Hell is inhabited by demons as well as sinners, the souls of deceased humans who were sent to Hell when they died as punishment for their crimes and sins, their appearance varying widely due to serving as a reflection of their life and sins. Hell itself is incredibly chaotic and often violent due to the hostile disposition of its populace and constant state of anarchy.

On a rougher end of town, various demons went about their usual business. Among them was an anthropomorphic rat wearing a pink shirt with black suspenders and a blue bowtie, featuring a wide mouth filled with sharp yellow teeth as well a pair of red horns that stuck out from the rim of his top hat, along with a long a long tail that trailed behind him as he ran through the streets. He had a huge grin on his face but soon stopped in his tracks as he heard the sound of familiar footsteps and humming, his eyes widening as he grimaced. Looking back he spotted a powerful and feared demon approach and quickly hid in a nearby trash can, cowering in fear as he watched them walk by.
