"Rocky" Mutsugi (むつぎ "ROCKY") is the leader and one of the founders of White Rascals. Because of his past, he swears to never hurt women. Rocky cares a lot for women due to his childhood.  Rocky is also in the combined gangs called S.W.O.R.D for he is also one of the best leaders in the White rascals Rocky cares a lot for women due to his childhood. He will do anything to protect women and is extremely ruthless to those who harm them.
