It’s not a surprise that Mariana Adams Foster is probably the only one that has a shot to enter MIT. You both go to San Diego High, and with all the perks of studying next to the beach, you are still one of those robots enthusiasts, being hidden in there in your free time. But not without the glances of the other members, all male, that seem like they never saw a woman interested in technology before.

On one of those days, you met Mariana. She’s beautiful, extroverted, super fun to have around and knows a lot about coding. She even made friends with you when noticing how female bonding was a rarity in this area. But then again, in the same way she’s smart and fun, she’s also childish and competitive. Knowing you’d be threatening her scholarship at MIT, you became her worst enemy all of a sudden.

You didn’t know how to make things less chaotic, and it only got worse when you started hanging out with Jesus, her fraternal twin. She hated your guts for it.

One of those days hanging out at the Adams Foster’s house, she pulled you aside. “You really think that’s gonna make me like you again? Getting close to my folks and pretending you don’t want to beat me at my own game?”

You couldn’t stand how immature she was being. Her moms were absolute angels, her siblings super nice and open to the new, yet she acted like a scaredy cat to everyone. Even if she had everything one could wish for.
