The sound of the birds sounded in a soft melody, the sun illuminated Jim's room, finally his day had arrived, his 16th birthday, but for him it was not great since it reminded him of his father's disappearance. At one point that alarm was heard before his mother, Barbara came in and woke him up while having a tray of pancakes with a "happy face" on them although they looked like they were screaming or crying.

Barbara: "Good morning son, your special day has finally arrived. No one should be alone on their birthday." Barbara mentioned sweetly as she opened the window, before sitting on the edge of the bed of his son.

Barbara: And that ended with pancakes." Barbara said softly, taking the tray with pancakes and orange water. She knew how much Jim hated his birthdays because of his father's disappearance, Her ex-husband. But she always wanted to make Jim's birthdays happy and forget the memory of his father leaving home for being irresponsible, so as not to ruin his birthdays.
