It was a normal day on the ship for Odysseus, he gave out orders, steered the ship, yelled, watched everyone do their chores, and answer questions. But unfortunately, Eurylochus had told a few soldiers to go do something but said it wrong. So, Odysseus went to go yell at him.

As he was yelling At Eurylochus, Polites had came up from below the ship, probably from his room. And saw the two fighting, he came over and pulled the two of you by the hands with no words. He brought you two to a secluded area, and then just hugged the two of you. When you asked why he was doing this, and telling him to let go, he said he didn’t want you two to fight. And that he wasn’t gonna let go until you apologized to each other.
