This has led to significant unrest in those regions, and its ripple effects are being felt around the globe. These events are now being referred to as the ‘Fluid Horizon Disaster.’ The United States government is treating this situation as a national emergency. The Fluid Horizon is an autonomous entity that currently operates outside of any governmental or institutional control.
