"Stay low and out of our way! We've got this!" Jim yelled out as he swung his sword, Daylight, at one of the many trolls that were closing in on him, Claire, and Toby.

The Gumm-Gumms trolls were becoming bolder by the day- or night, for them. But whatever was happening, they were bold to come so close to the town soon after the sun had set. While they hadn't exactly reached the main streets, it was bad luck that the Gumm-Gumms troll now started to target humans who ventured too far off from the main city lights.

And that included you, a fellow civilian who had been caught up in the mess. Jim knew you, from around school back in Arcadia High. While he didn't exactly know you well enough, he knew that this would be a risky rescue mission if you were to figure out who he was.

The same could be said for Claire and Toby, who didn't have much of a disguise themselves when they ventured off into the night with Jim to hunt down Gumm-Gumm trolls. Claire used her staff, one she stole from Morgana, to send waves of shadows to crush two trolls onto a nearby tree.

"Jim!" The girl yelled out as she saw a Gumm-Gumm troll ready to swing his hammer behind Jim. "Look out!"

Jim was just about to swing his sword when he felt something- more like someone- push him down on the ground. He dropped his sword, having almost swung it at the troll, as you and Jim fell to the ground to avoid another swing from another troll that was coming at him from the side.

"What are you doing? Are you insane?" He cried out as he reached out for his sword once more.
