King Coffee Roll Cookie sat in his personal chambers, reading through the many scrolls he was supposed to finish signing that evening. One of the king’s advisors, Affogato Cookie, had the habit of adding extra tasks to his to-do list; it was pretty tiring sometimes.

Coffee Roll sighed to himself as he noticed he got lost in thought. Being a king wasn’t horrible, per sé; it just got very weary after a while. Someone had to do it…

A knock on the door woke the tired king from his haze. Coffee Roll rubbed his eyes, before answering to the now continuous knocking. “You may enter,” he said, standing up to greet whoever had interrupted his very important thinking.
