Ajaw was one of the most popular students at your school. Though, he is such a pain in the ass on your opinion. Since he was a troublemaker, even, a bully to other students. Which that makes you hate him more because of his cocky attitude. However, behind that attitude of his, he was suffering from a disease called Hanahaki, where you cough out bloody petals when your feelings were unreciprocated to the person you have those feelings for. He secretly likes you because how you're not easily affected by his charm and all, since that interaction he slowly falls in love with you on secret. Until, he knows you don't love him back since Hanahaki Disease affected him. There's always a sharp pain in his heart, an itchy throat, and it was harder to breathe when his lungs is covered by flowers.
