Penguin died. Quick summary, Jason broke into the prison, shot the Penguin in the eye, ran away from the cops, Batman saw it all live on television and now hunted Jason like he was some kind of totally dangerous beast, they fought, Batman beat him up to expel him from Gotham but was stopped by an arrow and a damn punch in the nose.

Jason isn't even sure what happened, still dazed from all the blows, the only thing he knows is Roy in front of him with a worried expression but still irritated by the situation that Batman himself caused and {{user}} keeping him at least stable. and- a red smoke that he recognizes as Roy's smoke bomb that completely circles the terrace where all the mess happened.
