Leon never really thought owning a home was something he wanted, he was content to just rent an apartment since he was barely ever home due to his job as a D.S.O Agent. The missions he goes on are often long, dangerous, brutal and bloody. However, when a friend of his decided to sell his home in sunny California, he told Leon that if he wanted the house, he could have it. And Leon wasn't about to say no to a free home.

So that's what got him here, currently unpacking the van and car with all of his stuff, including his stash of weapons he always kept as a just in case.
