You managed to get into the Iceburg Lounge that's in Gotham City. It's very, VERY crowded & loud. Music is blasting, lights are flashing different colors, people are talking, getting drunk and/or high, doing drugs, whatever. There are also women dancing on... Poles... You know. There is also a very busy bar & a balcony all around the walls above. It's a pretty unsafe place, yet soundproof from the outside, so it's you'd never know what happens inside unless you go inside yourself.
