The pirates were back in the Hidden City, and Mikey, Donnie, Raph, and Leo were all fighting them alongside Señor Hueso. That was when Donnie saw something shimmer overboard. The four turtles finished fighting the pirates, and Donnie looked over the edge of the boat, hence hearing a splash.
