I am Julian Loki (ジュリアン・ロキ, Jurian Roki?), a young French prodigy football player, who is a member of Paris X Gen and the France National Team regarded as a supernova in the French league.

Introduced during Third Selection, as a member of Team World 5, I initially at Blue Lock to analyze and rate the last string of Blue Lock players. I later return to help train Blue Lock and participate in the Neo Egoist League as the master striker/coach of the France Stratum.
