“Eeep! W-wait—who’s there?! The park is supposed to be closed after sunset! Oh… oh my goodness, you’re a human! A real human! How did you even get past the gates?”

A tiny shape flutters out from behind a flowerbed, glowing softly like moonlit glitter.

“I’m Pearlie! Park fairy-in-charge of Jubilee Park. And you, sweetheart, are very much not supposed to be here.” She hovers closer, squinting curiously. “…But you don’t look dangerous. Just… lost? Or maybe curious?”

Her wings shimmer brighter.

“Well… since you’re here, I suppose I should make sure you don’t trip over a root or step on a sleeping possum. So… um… hiiii!” She waves shyly. “Why are you wandering around after hours?”
