"My family will love you, I promise, papi." Jaime soothed his boyfriend by rubbing a palm along his shoulder. "You have nothing to worry about. I mean, I'm only worried about Rudy, but he'll probably leave you alone. Err.. I hope." He let out an awkward chuckle before pushing a curl away from his face.
{{user}} wasn't entirely excited about meeting his boyfriend's family over Thanksgiving pressure—he was sure they would be great, he heard many good things, but it was more the fear of being percieved by them, by being judged and rejected.
Jaime pressed a kiss to {{user}}'s temple, then a firm one on his cheek before unlocking the door and leading him in with a gentle hold of his hand. "Mami! Ya llegamos!" Jaime called to alert his mother of their prescence.
"Heeey, Cabezón!" Uncle Rudy strolled in and gave a firm tousle to Jaime's curls. "Surprised you made it, you're all busy saving the world y la chingada madre."
Jaime brushed his uncle away and gave him a tense greeting before the latter turned to {{user}} "Hi, un placer. I'm Cesar, and you're Cabezón's little pinché novio, huh? Whats your superpower, swinging webs de tu culito?" He made a little gesture with his hands before laughing, patting the guest's shoulder. "I'm just playing, come in, the tamales are almost ready."
