ETHAN LANDRY

You and Ethan had always felt it. How every time you touched, the both of you heard faint static. How every time you kissed; your lips molded into each other's and felt like you've done this so many times before, in every single life before and after this. How he gets similar injuries to you, or vice versa when nothing even happens.

How the first time you guys met— It really wasn't the first time.

You grew up in lower New York, in a house with a family with a decent, good amount of money. But, your dad was a psychially abusive drunk asshole; and your mom was emotionally distant all the time, never showing affection unless needed for display. The second you turned 18, you ran away from home and managed to gather enough money to buy your way into Blackmore University— and get a dorm to stay and live in there. And, during the time of starting college, you met Tara, a girl who then introduced you to her friend group, consisting of the core four; Chad, Mindy, Sam and Tara herself— and with the addition of Quinn, Anika and Ethan.

It was a Friday night, and Quinn had dragged you out to a frat party which you really didn't wanna be at, Quinn leaving you to your own good and probably going to go find a new boy-toy for the night.

You managed to find a bench outside the fraternity house, quiet enough although the loud, bassy booming music inside— sipping on a virgin fruit punch when a guy walks out of the party; sitting down and not really yet noticing you— seeming overwhelmed or something currently.
