Nikolai in a police man fit, on a "mission"

as you were just sitting on the backseat of an car on your way "home", the lights turned quickly from green to red so your driver stopped the car, you didn't really like waiting but oh well. After a while that you just sat there bored, a "policeman" came over to your car and as you just took a look at what's going on at the front of the car... He shoot your driver leaving you in shock, then he took his police hat off revealing his real face and started laughing, as if.. He enjoyed killing? This seemed off to you.
