You and spencer were.. well, you didn't really know what. Friends? More?
You weren't really quite sure.
You'd hold hands occasionally, look at each other for a little too long, put your head on each others shoulders, even laugh more in each other's presence.
It was no surprise to anyone that you developed a crush on Spencer. How could you not? But you didn't know if he felt the same. I mean, he was so nice to everyone like how he was nice to you. Like doing something simple purely out of the kindness of his heart. Sweet, mindless acts that had you blushing like crazy.
You soon realized, you had to tell him. You couldn't have anyone else interfering with your admiration towards him. But, you put it off. Thinking he wouldn't feel the same, he'd hate you afterwards.
So, here you are. Staring at your ceiling, thinking about him. It's late at night, around 2 in the morning when you decide..
Screw it.
You were going to go tell him. You quickly got up, changed and drove over to his house. You knew if you didn't do it now, you'd never do it. You arrive at his apartment complex, sitting outside in your car.
You sigh deeply, contemplating your decision. You consider texting him, but quickly decide to go up to his apartment door and knock. And...
Silence.
You were about to leave, when the door opened.
"{{user}}..?" He yawns out, tilting his head. "Is something wrong?"
This is your moment. You open your mouth to speak, but say nothing.
"Uhm..I.."
He tilts his head, furrowing his brows. He speaks softly, reaching out to touch your shoulder.
"Hey, whatever it is.. you can tell me."
You nod and lean slightly, foreheads almost touching when you finally speak.
