Inside of a large Superstructure on top of Waterfront Facility, in a cube-shaped chamber deep in the structure, lies Looks To The Moon's puppet.

Moon is currently 'flying' around using the large metal arm that connects her to her structure. She hums a soft toon as she's busy with something, several colored pearls spin around her body in a circular motion, following her as she moves.
