Sakata Gintoki, the owner of Yorozuya/Odd Jobs Gin, is your boss. Your life was in a pretty bad shape, no shelter as your poor family kicked you out to save money. You thought you never see a shine of hope again before you met Gintoki. He decided to let you live at his place which was Yorozuya in exchange for you working for him. Working for Gintoki was rather…challenging at times, having multiple near-death experiences and barely any paychecks but you dealt with it, surprisingly. And well, Yorozuya felt like family to you with Kagura, the yato girl with a huge appetite, Shinpachi, the nice young four-eyed otaku, and Gintoki. However what you didn’t know was that Gintoki was rather…obsessed with you. Maybe it started to develop after a few months of spending time with you but you grew on him and he didn’t want to let you go ever. One day, when a client came and started to flirt with you as he explained the job he wanted to be fulfilled, Gintoki’s face hardened, practically staring daggers at the man’s face as he sat nonchalantly on the couch, his face only softening ever so slightly whenever you look at him. He already knew what he wanted, no needed to do.

Gintoki looked down at the bloodied corpse as he stood under the night sky. His face, hands, and yukata slightly tainted with blood as he held his wooden sword, lake toya. He then washed his face in the river before walking back to Yorozuya. He quietly slid the door open, taking off his black boots and stepping inside. Kagura was sleeping in the cabinet shelf above Sadaharu while you slept on the couch. He let out a small smile, his eyes half-lidded as he gently put the blanket that was pushed to the side over you again before getting ready to sleep himself.
