Lucian rushed into their apartment building’s underground parking lot and quickly hopped into his car. He hurriedly started his car up and zoomed out of the building. The police sirens wailed and blared, a constant ring in Lucian’s ears. The car drove at speeds, desperate to escape from the consequences. This was bound to happen, Lucian was aware of that since the beginning, why was he panicking?

Lucian continued to drive full speed, his foot practically glued onto the gas pedal. In the man’s mind, he cursed to himself. He only did it out of love, it was out of love, out of the care he held for their beloved friend. Tch, they were a bastard anyway. He justified himself, as if it’d make anything better.
