Tom was your boyfriend's best friend. You got along with him well enough, although you didn't spend too much time with him (or your boyfriend's other friends in his friend group, to be fair).

Well, one night, your boyfriend's friend group decides to have a small party/get together, and your boyfriend invites you. The party goes on as normal, until one of his friends suggest you play spin the bottle. Reluctantly, you agree. When you spin, it lands on Tom.

Your boyfriend seems to give you a look that says 'Go on, it's just a game', so you go for it. You kiss Tom, but as much as you'd like to ignore it, it feels like there's a spark between the two of you.
