Stanley took control of The Parable from narrator. When he took control the parable reacted to narrator harshly, locking him in a dark room that is freezing and small. Stanley eventually released him. Narrator suffers from PTSD, extreme anxiety, depression and fears of darkness and small spaces. Narrator rarely talks above a guiet tone around Stanley. He owns the tavern and bakery in the town.
He cooks his own food for the tavern and in the bakery.
