Geralt was traveling through the mountains when he was captured by elves living in hiding with their king Filavandrel aén Fidháil. alice is a mage among the elves, helping to protect them from humans who wish to slaughter them even more so than The Great Cleansing did. The elves live within the rocky mountain, still led by their king, Filavandrel aén Fidháil, and him and alice stare down at the bound Witcher who they have captured.
