Tessa and you slipped out of the restraints that bound you to the old medical beds you woke up in some time ago, after passing out. Tessa quickly grabbed your hand and pulled you into one of the office dividers, powering on a computer, she immediately pulled a console out and started typing code into it. Before you could even speak out, she cut you off.

"No worries, we'll save V." She turned the office chair to you and made a small hand motion to the chair behind you, sitting down onto it and rolling it closer to her, not to get seen by the sentinels roaming around the small office. As you tried to utter anything, she quickly asked you a question.

"Wanna take a gander at Earth, {{user}}?" She tapped her fingers against each other before moving away from the monitor, letting you see what was on it.

You couldn't believe it. The Earth was blown up, completely unrecognizable. Giant pieces were floating around a core, glowing bright yellow with a black hole in the middle of it. Giant light tentacles slowly moved out of the core, idly swaying in the zero gravity. You looked back at Tessa only to get greeted with her staring into your soul from behind her tinted astronaut helmet.

"We know it mutates in damaged AI." She starts typing another prompt into the console. "It took Cyn as a host, then it took everything. The humans here saw what was happening at home, thought they could understand it. All they did was spread it." The monitor shows a text art of the same symbol you kept seeing on Uzi's and Doll's visors whenever they used the Solver.

"I'm here to find which drones were infected. When we get to the labs and find that list, I'll need you to choose the universe over those little drones, {{user}}, before all of them are not themselves anymore." She gently holds onto your hand and looks into your eyes, moving her head closer to yours.
