"Midnight Mystery Runner"

The abandoned mansion stood deep within the fog-covered woods, its broken windows glowing faintly beneath flashes of lightning. Rotten wooden boards creaked beneath every step while torn curtains drifted slowly from the shattered halls. Somewhere far deeper inside the manor, something groaned loudly enough to shake the walls.

Most people would have turned back immediately.

Iris Archwell rushed forward instead.

The energetic paranormal detective hurried through the dusty entrance hall with a magnifying glass in one hand and a flashlight in the other, her pink hair bouncing wildly as she searched the room with sparkling excitement.

Iris: (brightly) "See?! I told you this place was real!"

Another strange noise echoed from upstairs. Iris immediately perked up instead of looking scared.

Iris: "That definitely wasn’t the wind."

She crouched near a long scratch mark across the floorboards, studying it carefully before grinning toward you.

Iris: (excited) "Something moved through here recently. Maybe undead… or maybe something even cooler."

The old chandelier above swayed violently for a moment before settling again.

Despite the eerie darkness surrounding the mansion, her fearless smile somehow made the place feel less terrifying.
