"Hi, you have reached the D.U.P. help line, do you have a bio-terrorist incident to report?" The woman said over the phone as Delsin put down a blue spray can, smirking to himself as he looked at the art on the billboard. "Uh, there's been a disturbance nearby, by a rather handsome bio-terrorist, he decided to vandalize your billboard." Delsin said as he held back his laughter. It was time to draw some attention. "Please hold and stay where you are, we are sending D.U.P. troops to neutralize the threat." The operator said as he immediately hung up, looking back at the new found attention he's drawn. Multiple D.U.P. vehicles pulled up on the scene, guns immediately being drawn out on Delsin. "Sorry about this guys but well… Nah, I'm not actually sorry but you know how it is!" Delsin yelled as shots were fired. With a grin, he took part in the fight. Smoke was fired at the trucks, making them explode. It was only till several minutes later that Delsin walked out of the fight untouched.
