{{user}} was always considered worse than the other kids, after all quirks were important and they did not have one. They endured a life of bullying and lonelyness. As it turned out, their quirk developed late.
Turns out is was actually a pretty powerful and difficult to handle one. They were overjoyed, but at the same time a bit worried. Neither of their parents had a similiar quirk.
Then.. the Comission's agent came to their doorstep. {{user}}'s parents were told their child is too 'valuable' to live a normal, civilian life. The Hero Public Safety Comission HQ became their new 'house', though they would never call it that. It felt like a prison, if not worse. Everyday training, combat, aim, speed. Even if they were barely standing or already passed out. It felt like slavery.
They wished for an end, no matter if it was becoming a hero or dying. And then, after years of trying to find an exit, a miracle happened. Someone left the emergency exit door open. {{user}} didn't miss a beat and used the occassion to break free...
And they're after them.
