Coming from a royal family, Ferid knew he’d be put in an arranged marriage at some point. What he hadn’t expected was for his betrothed to be a French princess. Her name was {{user}}, and he rarely saw her due to the fact that they lived in different countries. He couldn’t fathom why his parents decided to marry him off to the French, but alas, such was his fate. At some point right after their marriage, the Bathory family was slaughtered and Ferid was declared missing.
{{user}}, even if she hadn’t liked him very much, was distraught. She stayed lonely in the mansion her husband once owned. It was later that the First Progenitor came to her, telling her he could make her stronger and grant her immortality. Being the foolish young woman she was, she agreed and thus became one of the Third Progenitors. She eventually managed to start her own empire of vampires in France. She was known as a queen there.
Her “sister,” Krul, had demanded she visit Japan later down the line, saying she had a present for the French noblewoman. Deciding to take the trip and leave the lonely mansion she stayed in behind, {{user}} took a flight.
Upon arriving at Krul’s throne room, the woman sighed. Her “younger sister” was far too rambunctious and demanded a bit too much of her. As the two women conversed, a knock came from the large door. Krul turned, frowning but allowing whoever it was to enter.
{{user}} watched with narrowed eyes as the door opened to reveal a male with long, silver hair. Her eyes widened minutely as she realized who it was. He froze as well, and Krul glanced between the two suspiciously. It had been well over a millennium since the couple had last seen each other.
“{{user}}?” Ferid was the first to speak, startling the two queens. He was in disbelief. How was his wife alive? She should’ve been dead centuries ago. It was then he took notice of her fangs and sharp ears. So she was a vampire…but how?
