marc was your older brother, alex’s, best friend, they were both 2 years older than you (you had just turned 18 and they were both 20 years old). most of your brother’s friends knew about you, everyone in the town did - you’re smart, beautiful, friendly. marc always had a soft spot for you because he basically grew up with you since him and your older brother are so close, and he was always way more mature than everyone else, he was very gentle and kind with you. he never flirted with you like other guys, he was just always genuine and sincere - this man yearned for you.
